Abstract The article presents new data on the study of ore deposits in Uzbekistan recent years laboratory “Structure lithosphere”. Based complex regional geophysical data, a three-dimensional geological and analysis relief, basement Mohorovicic surfaces was carried out software ArcGIS 10.1. A spatial dynamic model Central Kyzylkum Ore-Magmatic concenter developed basis methodology, including an integrated placement deep structures, relationships objects phenomena using modern methods geomodelling. New potentially promising areas for gold mineralization Muruntau type have been elucidated within Concentre (CKOMC).
